With Simon and Trent it was a totally different experience. They were enthusiastic about marketing our property and were very helpful in recommending a stylist and excellent solicitor. When our building report recommended an urgent repair, Simon was able to recommend a reputable builder who completed the work on time and within budget. The market was beginning to slow down, making the sale more stressful, but Simon’s calm demeanor and availability helped to ease the stress. We were pleased with the sale before auction. I have nothing but good things to say about Simon and the team at Pilcher Residential. We first approached Simon three years before we finally ended up selling our house at Lilyfield. A price guide with a final sale price exactly equal, to the dollar, to the top of the 10% range. As a Buyers Agent I see it all as I

inspect properties but dealing with Chris was fantastic. For 2 weeks I was always kept up to date and Chris did everything he

said he would and I appreciated that as I didn't need to keep following up. We paid at the higher end where we saw value

but that's the Agents role, to maximise the vendor's result and he did that.
