Market Update - 30 November 2023

There were 1367 auctions scheduled in Sydney last week, making it the highest number of auctions since April 2022 and the clearance rate was 48.9, which was equal to Easter Saturday the lowest clearance rate of the year so far.  Locally, across the 2037, 2038, 2040, 2050, 2048, 2049 postcodes there were 32 auctions, and the overall clearance rate was 63%.

Our team had three auctions scheduled last Saturday, with one selling prior to auction and two on the day, with the afternoon auction sale at 15 Creek St Forest Lodge for $1.535m setting a record price across Glebe, Forest Lodge and Annandale for a one-bedroom home with no parking
